JOHN AUBREY enjoys a rich and varied horn-playing career. Based in Boston, he has performed with ensembles throughout North America, Europe, and Mexico. He toured for 10 seasons with the New York City Opera's National Company and regularly participates in music festivals around the world. A firm believer in historically-informed performance practices, John plays on a wide variety of instruments - from the Baroque to the Contemporary - and collaborates with many of the finest groups focused on these genres, including The Handel & Haydn Society, Boston Baroque, Trinity Baroque Orchestra, and Newton Baroque
